Cold chain

Temperature-controlled storage at 2–8 °C and 15–25 °C.

Two ranges held in our own storage, with the checks run by our own team. Every consignment is booked against a range and packed to it.

Cold chain storage is only worth buying if someone can tell you what the temperature actually was. A room with a chiller in it is not a cold chain. The range has to be held, checked and recorded, and somebody has to notice when it moves.

We hold two ranges. Product is received against a stated range, stored in it, and released against the shelf life it arrived with. Because transport runs under the same team, the product does not change hands between a warehouse company and a courier company on the way out, which is where most excursions are introduced and where most of them stop being traceable.

The ranges

Two ranges, and we say which one you get.

These are the ranges we hold. If your protocol calls for something else, tell us and we will give you a straight answer rather than a maybe.

2–8 °C

Cold room

The range most clinical and laboratory product is written to. If your protocol specifies refrigerated storage without naming a tighter band, this is normally where it sits.

  • Vaccines and biologics
  • Diagnostic reagents and assay kits
  • Diagnostic specimens awaiting onward transport
  • Investigational medicinal product requiring refrigeration

15–25 °C

Controlled room temperature

Not the same as an air-conditioned warehouse. Controlled room temperature is held and checked as a range, which is what a GDP-aligned protocol asks for.

  • Finished pharmaceuticals in retail or hospital packs
  • Bulk material awaiting pack-down
  • Clinical trial kits and ancillary supplies
  • Medical devices with a stated storage range

Working to a range we do not hold? Tell us the protocol and we will say plainly whether we can take it. Send us the detail.

How a job runs

Four stages, and you know who has the shipment at each one.

The sequence is the same whether the consignment is one box of reagents or a pallet of trial kits.

01

Brief and booking

We agree the product, the temperature range and the delivery window before anything is collected.

02

Collection and packing

Packing is matched to the product and the journey, not to whatever box is nearest.

03

Transit

Temperature-aware handling for the whole journey, by couriers who work in healthcare every day.

04

Delivery

Handed over at the assigned destination, to the person expecting it.

Questions

What people ask before you store with us.

Not covered here? Ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.

What temperature ranges do you hold?

Two: a cold room at 2–8 °C and controlled room temperature at 15–25 °C. Both sit in our own storage, with checks run by our own team rather than a landlord or a third party.

Do you store frozen product?

Frozen storage below 0 °C is not something we offer. If your product needs −20 °C or lower, tell us the protocol and we will say plainly whether we can support it through transport arrangements or whether you need a specialist provider.

Where do you operate from?

Our operation is based in Selangor, with collections and deliveries running nationwide and international distribution by air and sea.

Can I store product with you and have you deliver it as well?

Yes, and most clients do. Storage and transport run under the same operator, which removes the handover between a warehouse and a separate courier. That handover is where most cold chain problems start.

How is a consignment booked against a temperature range?

The product, the range and the delivery window are agreed before anything is collected. Packing is then chosen for that product and that journey, rather than decided at the door.

Tell us the product and the range.

Send the protocol, the volume and how long it needs to sit. We will come back with whether it fits, how we would run it and what it costs.
