Storage without transport leaves you coordinating the last leg yourself. Transport without storage leaves product sitting somewhere it should not be. The combinations matter more than the individual pieces, because the handover between providers is where most problems start.

Storage built around the risks specific to medical goods. Stock is kept with its shelf life in mind and released on protocols we can walk you through.
What leaves the building can be tied back to what arrived. That is the question an audit asks, and the one that cannot be answered retrospectively.

Cold room and controlled room temperature in our own space, with our team running the checks that keep product safety and quality where they should be.
A room with a chiller in it is not a cold chain. The range has to be held, checked and recorded, and somebody has to notice when it moves.
03 / 05Specimens, IMP and trial supplies
Over 15 years moving medical specimens, investigational product and trial supplies nationwide, collected and delivered by people who do this work every day.
A specimen that arrives late or warm has not been delayed. It has been destroyed, and there is rarely a second attempt.
04 / 05STAT runs and central supply
Scheduled routes for the ordinary week, and unscheduled runs for the days that are not ordinary. Stock can be held ready so an urgent request is picked and moving rather than ordered from scratch.
An urgent delivery is rarely urgent because of the transport. It is urgent because the clock started when somebody discovered a shortage.
05 / 05Air and sea, door to door
Consignments moving beyond Malaysia by air or sea, arranged door-to-door, door-to-airport or door-to-port against the temperature requirement and the transit time the product can tolerate.
A domestic run that goes wrong costs you a day. An international one costs you the consignment, because nobody notices until it is somewhere you cannot reach.
How we work

Most cold chain failures happen at a handover, with a box left on a dock between two companies who each think the other owns it. Storage and transport run under the same team.

Every consignment is booked against a temperature range and packed to it. We say at the quote stage which range applies, rather than deciding at the door.

Specimens, investigational product and pharmaceuticals are not general freight. The people moving them do this work every day, not as overflow from a parcel round.
