Transport
Specimens, trial supplies and product, collected and delivered.
Over fifteen years moving clinical specimens and investigational product across Malaysia, by people who do this work every day rather than as an overflow from a parcel round.
A specimen that arrives late or warm has not been delayed. It has been destroyed, and usually nobody finds out until the laboratory rejects it, by which point the patient has gone home or the sampling window has closed.
That is the difference between medical transport and freight. The value is not in the box, it is in whether the contents are still usable when they arrive, and there is rarely a second attempt. So the range is agreed before collection, the packing is chosen for that product and that journey, and the consignment goes to the department it was booked to, not to a mailroom.
15+ years
In specimen transport
Not a general parcel network that also takes medical work. This has been the job for over fifteen years.
Trained
For regulated consignments
Dangerous goods trained personnel for regulated and sensitive material, including biological substances and consignments shipped on dry ice.
Nationwide
Planned in-house
Collections and deliveries throughout Malaysia, planned by our own team, not subcontracted out and lost track of.
Per journey
Packing matched to the run
Packing is chosen for the product and the journey it is making, not for whatever box is nearest the door.
What moves
The consignments this is built for.
Diagnostic and clinical specimens
Blood, urine, tissue and other samples moving from collection point to testing laboratory, where the condition of the sample decides whether the result is usable.
Investigational medicinal product
IMP moving between sponsor, depot and investigator site, with the temperature range agreed before collection rather than assumed.
Clinical trial supplies and kits
Kits, ancillary supplies and study equipment delivered to site against the schedule the protocol sets.
Pharmaceuticals and medical items
Finished product, consumables and documentation moving between facilities, storage and end destination.
Most transport clients also store with us. See the storage ranges.
Coverage
Where consignments go.
Service level is chosen against the delivery window the consignment has to meet, not applied as a default.
Peninsular Malaysia
Express and semi-express
Collections and deliveries across the peninsula, with the service level chosen against the delivery window rather than applied as a default.
East Malaysia
Express and semi-express
Sabah and Sarawak, where the longer transit is exactly why the packing decision matters more than it does on a short run.
International
Air and sea
Outbound distribution beyond Malaysia by air or sea, arranged against the product's temperature requirement and the transit time it can tolerate.
Questions
What people ask before booking a collection.
Not covered here? Ask us directly and you will get a straight answer.
What do you collect and deliver?
Clinical and diagnostic specimens, investigational medicinal product, clinical trial kits and ancillary supplies, pharmaceuticals, medical items and confidential records. If it has a temperature range or a chain of custody attached to it, it is the kind of work we do.
Do you cover the whole of Malaysia?
Collections and deliveries run nationwide, with international distribution by air and sea. Tell us the route and the timing and we will confirm what is workable.
Are your people trained for dangerous goods?
Yes. Dangerous goods trained personnel handle regulated and sensitive consignments, which covers the categories most clinical and laboratory work falls into. Tell us the classification your material ships under and we will confirm the handling.
Can you collect around a sampling schedule?
Yes, and for early-phase work that is usually the whole point. Collections are planned around the sampling schedule rather than the schedule being bent to fit a delivery round.
Can you store as well as transport?
Yes. Storage at 2–8 °C and 15–25 °C runs under the same team, so product does not have to be handed between a warehouse company and a courier company.
